Booking Terms and Conditions

Lust Inn / Putaan Invest Oy complies with the following conditions when ordering, reserving, using and canceling the ordered services. These Booking Terms and Conditions become binding on both parties when the customer has made a booking.

1. Booking and payment terms

The booker and all fellow travelers must be of legal age (over 18 years of age) and responsible person/guests of full legal capacity when making the reservation.

Booking from the online service

The customer must pay for the accommodation in full when booking. Payment methods are online banking or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

After making the payment, the customer must return from the payment service to the reservation system in order to confirm the reservation. The booking confirmation and possible final invoice will be sent to the e-mail indicated by the customer during the booking phase immediately after the booking is made. If the customer does not return to the reservation confirmation page, the reservation will not be created and the reservation program will not send an email confirmation of the reservation. Lust Inn is not responsible for a failed reservation, but the customer should contact the Lust Inn sales service without delay.

Reservation from the sales service

The reservation can also be made by emailing info@lustinn.fi, after which Lust Inn will send the customer a booking confirmation and an invoice by mail or email. When the customer makes a reservation by email, a delivery fee of €25 is added to the reservation.

All comments related to the invoice must be reported within 7 days from the date of the invoice.

In the reservation confirmation message, the name and contact information of the caretaker of the resort facility is given, as well as driving directions to the key drop-off point and the resort’s exact location. The key code of the resort is notified to the customer before the scheduled stay starts.

2. Cancellations

Cancellation must always be made in writing or otherwise, taking into account the circumstances, in an appropriate way to the Lust Inn sales service. The reservation is not automatically canceled if the invoice is not paid, but the customer must always cancel the reservation in writing. The cancellation is considered to have taken place at the moment when the information about the cancellation has reached the Lust Inn reservation office.

If the customer cancels their reservation:

  • 28 days before the start of the reservation, the payment will be returned minus a cancellation fee of €45
  • later than 28 days but no later than 14 days before the start of the stay, 30% of the total price of the reservation is withheld.
  • later than 14 days before the start of the reservation or the customer does not notify the Lust Inn sales service before the start of the reservation that they will not use the services they booked, the Lust Inn reservation office has the right to charge the full price of the reservation. Non-payment is not cancellation.
  • If the customer cancels their reservation and leaves the location before the end of the rental period, no compensation will be paid for the unused time.

If the reservation is canceled before the start of the service, but due to a sudden illness, accident or death that happened to the customer or their next of kin after the reservation was made, the customer has the right to get back the price paid for the service minus the office costs of €100. In these cases, compensation for the paid service can be applied for through a possible travel insurance. The event must be reported to the service provider immediately and an acceptable explanation, e.g. a doctor’s certificate, must be presented. If the cancellation occurs after the rental of the accommodation has already started, the total price of the service will not be refunded.

3. Changing the reservation

If the customer changes the reservation (vacation destination, time of vacation, additional services or number of people), the Lust Inn reservation office has the right to charge €30 as change costs. The change must be made no later than six (6) weeks before the start of the reservation period. Changes made after this are considered a cancellation of the previous reservation and a new reservation.

4. Lust Inn booking center’s right to cancel the reservation

If the customer does not make the payments by the due date, the Lust Inn reservation office has the right to cancel the reservation.

In case of force majeure, Lust Inn can cancel the reservation. In that case, the customer has the right to get the services they paid back. Lust Inn’s liability is limited only to returning the amount paid by the customer, and there is no obligation to offer a replacement object. If possible, Lust Inn can offer to change the reservation to another accommodation. Costs incurred by the customer from a contract terminated due to force majeure will not be reimbursed.

5. Handing over the keys to the accommodation

The resort has a smart lock, for which the key code is handed over to the customer by text message before their stay at the resort starts. The customer must ensure that their phone number is entered correctly.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the instructions they received in the reservation confirmation and to act according to them.

6. Staying at the location

The accommodation is available to the customer from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.

The rent includes the right to use the reserved resort for the reserved time. Normal energy costs, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets, moisture-resistant mattress covers and pillows are included in the price. The price also includes the necessities for daily living, e.g. garbage bags, pamphlets, toilet and paper towels, dishwashing detergents. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The location is handed over to the customer fully cleaned. The customer takes care of the cleaning of the accommodation during their stay. Please clean up your own spills and secretions immediately after the activity yourself. Equipment intended for shared use is disinfected after every customer. However, the customer must wash the equipment used and the use of a condom is mandatory. Final cleaning is included in the price. Final cleaning does not include dishwashing and garbage disposal. In addition, the customer is required to hand over the accommodation after normal living, i.e. furniture and other equipment in place and intact.

If the destination has to be cleaned outside of normal, the customer will be charged a fine (€250) + incurred cleaning costs.

Commercial activity in the destination is prohibited unless it has been separately agreed with the Lust Inn reservation office. Illegal activity is reported to the police.

7. Number of people

The resort may not be used by more people than stated in the booking confirmation. For example, parties and other occasions where the number of people at the accommodation is temporarily exceeded must be announced and agreed upon in advance. The use of tents, mobile homes and caravans for accommodation purposes on the grounds of Lust Inn’s location is prohibited.

Everyone staying or visiting the resort must be of legal age.

8. Rules for staying at Lust Inn

The booker is responsible for the space to be rented and its furniture during the rental period. The customer commits to the user manual in the location and to follow the instructions and regulations in it for all furniture and equipment. Acting against the instructions can cause danger to the property and the customer, as well as liability for compensation to the customer.

We want to offer our customers a high-quality experience. It is important to us that every customer has a clean and hygienic place to stay.

  • Respect the sexual autonomy of both yourself and your partner. It means, among other things, that all parties have the right to say no at any stage, including you.
  • Be careful with the use of substances: when you are toxicated, you may take more risks and unintentionally break your own and your partner’s boundaries. In the end, the experience will probably be more enjoyable and you’ll remember it afterwards.
  • Clean up any secretions immediately after intercourse.
  • There is a pull-out couch at the location, in case you are using it for your acts, cover it properly to avoid stains. The curtains are not intended as a protective material.
  • There are products for sale at the location. Opened packaging (seal removed) is a purchase decision.
  • The cage in the loft is locked at your own risk and with your own lock. Lust Inn does not offer any kind of locking option for the cage.
  • Condoms must be used in equipment intended for shared use. There are free condoms available at the location.
  • Used tools should be washed yourself with water or a mild detergent, after which they should be placed in the basket for used tools.
  • If you notice that a device or tool intended for shared use is defective, please report it immediately.
  • Please also consider the residents of neighboring properties in your own activities. Lust Inn Virpiniemi is located in an area where the neighbors are close.
  • A light fireplace/fireplace is available at the property. Special care must be taken when using the fireplace. The fire must not be left unattended. Open the damper on the loft before using the fireplace. Check that there is no fire or embers in the fireplace when you close the damper.
  • Open fire is prohibited.
  • The sauna stove must not be covered.
  • The property has electric heating. The heating must not be adjusted or turned off. You can use the air source heat pump for heating or cooling.
  • The sleeping quarters are located in the loft. Please be careful on the stairs.
  • Final cleaning is included in the price. Please leave the cottage in a neat condition and wash the dishes you use. If the destination has to be cleaned outside of normal, the customer will be charged an additional fee of €250 and the incurred cleaning costs.

9. Smoking and pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited! If there has been smoking in the location, we will charge cleaning costs (min. €300).

Pets are not allowed. Lust Inn central reservation is not responsible for allergy etc. problems for customers caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust.

10. Hot tubs

Due to the consumption of plenty of water and firewood, all kinds of self-imported or rented hot tubs are prohibited. They also cause disturbance to the neighbors and the drainage water causes erosion and slipperiness. A fine of €400 is charged for unauthorized use of a hot tub.

11. Charging electric cars

Charging electricity for electric/hybrid cars is not included in the price. Cars may not be charged from the resort location’s electricity network.

12. Damages

As a customer, you are responsible for any damages you or your guests cause to the location (such as smoking in the room, not reporting a malfunction, disturbing the peace, etc.) caused by you or your guests. Liability for damage is determined according to the general principles of compensation for damage.

The customer is obliged to compensate for unnecessary service visits caused by the customer’s own carelessness or actions contrary to instructions, according to the price list of the service in force at any given time.

13. Disruptive situations

If the customer does not stop causing a disturbance or danger to the occupants of the same or neighboring property, despite the notice given by Lust Inn or its representative, Lust Inn or its representative has the right to cancel the reservation made by the customer immediately. The costs arising from all measures will be invoiced to the customer and the rental price paid will not be refunded.

14. Notices

Don’t let your holiday be ruined by a shortcoming or a small fault that the caretaker can fix. All remarks and complaints related to the resort must be reported to the Lust Inn reservation office at +358 400 330 470 or by email at info@lustinn.fi. If the customer has not been in contact with the Lust Inn reservation office about possible problems during his vacation, they lose the right to possible refunds.

If the issue cannot be fixed or a satisfactory solution can be found during the rental period, the customer can make a written note to the Lust Inn reservation office within a week of the end of the reservation.

If the customer and the Lust Inn reservation company cannot reach an agreement, the customer can submit the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.

15. Compensation for damages

Lust Inn is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure or other unforeseeable reasons that Lust Inn’s booking office or the trader used as help could not have prevented even by acting with the utmost care. The Lust Inn reservation company must inform the customer of the obstacle without delay and try to act so that the damage suffered by the customer remains as small as possible.

Lust Inn reservation office is not obliged to compensate for natural conditions, insects, moles/mice, ants, unexpected weather changes, construction work or structures on neighboring plots, equipment or other changes made by the owner that have not been notified to Lust Inn reservation office, or problems caused by a third party (e.g. water breaks -, electricity, internet or TV network) potential inconvenience or costs to the customer.

16. Incorrect price information

Incorrect price information does not bind the Lust Inn reservation company, if the price is so clearly incorrect that the customer must also understand it. Such a situation is, for example, if the difference between the declared price and the actual price is considerably large or the incorrect price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level.

Additional conditions for internet payment

Suomen Verkkomaksut is a company specializing in online payments that has a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards. If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, the Lust Inn reservation office acts only as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user’s point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.

Rules

  12. There is a fireplace available at the location. Special care must be taken when using the fireplace. The fire must not be left unattended. Open the damper on the loft before using the fireplace. Check that there is no fire or embers in the fireplace when you close the damper.
