Lust Inn resort concept’s first available location is Lust Inn Virpiniemi. The cottage resort resides in the Virpiniemi recreational area, about 30 minutes away from Oulu city center. It is located within nature, allowing you to relax in peace away from wandering eyes and experience unforgettable moments with your partner.

The stylish, mystifying milieu and the resort’s versatile amenities were designed with your relaxation and pleasure in mind. The space has plenty of stimulus to set the mood both safely and hygienically. The space equipped with mirrors and adjustable lighting encourages you to experience new things, whilst the loft, decorated with soft materials, and the warmth of the sauna allow you to unwind even after the fiercest love making. Staying at the resort

You can book your stay at the stylish and newly renovated Lust Inn Virpiniemi cottage resort for 1 to 4 people. Your stay in this inspiring milieu includes bedding, towels and clean-up service – and, of course, loads of unforgettable experiences!

We offer you free condoms and lubricants, along with which you can choose to buy devices for your personal use and other services.

Check-in after 16.00 / 4 PM and check-out by 12.00 / 12 PM. Please contact us, if you would like to arrive earlier or extend your stay.

Location and locality

Lust Inn Virpiniemi is located by the Bothnian Bay in the Virpiniemi recreational area, approximately 30-minute drive away from Oulu city center. You can experience different activities in the surrounding areas all year round. During the winter season, you have the chance to enjoy high quality skiing trails and even experience skiing on frozen-sea. Summer time offers quality time at the nearby golf course or the beach, and the terrain is perfect for many outdoor activities.

The exact address is only shared with our guests to secure your privacy. Please note that there is no public transportation near the location and you will need your own car or other transportation to access the location.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, Lust in Virpiniemi isn’t fully accessible. Upon arrival, you have to climb a few steps of stairs, and the main bed is located in the loft, but there is a pull-out couch downstairs.

Rules

While almost everything is allowed at Lust Inn, there are some general guidelines that we would like you to follow for a safe stay at our location. Please read the information below before booking a stay with us.

Lust Inn is an adults-only resort. Everyone booking and staying at the resort must be over 18.
Respect the sexual autonomy of both yourself and your partner. It means, among other things, that all parties have the right to say no at any stage, including you.
Be careful with the use of substances: when you are toxicated, you may take more risks and unintentionally break your own and your partner’s boundaries. In the end, the experience will probably be more enjoyable and you’ll remember it afterwards.
Clean up any secretions immediately after intercourse.
There is a pull-out couch at the location. If you are using it for your acts, cover it properly to avoid stains. The curtains are not intended as a protective material.
There are products for sale at the location. Opened packaging (seal removed) is a purchase decision.
The cage in the loft is locked at your own risk and with your own lock. Lust Inn does not offer any kind of locking option for the cage.
Condoms must be used in equipment intended for shared use. There are free condoms available at the location.
Used equipment should be washed with water or a mild detergent, after which they should be placed in the basket for used tools.
If you notice that any of the equipment intended for shared use is defective, please report it to us immediately.
Please also consider the residents of neighboring properties in your own activities. This particular location is in an area where the neighbors are close.
There is a fireplace available at the location. Special care must be taken when using the fireplace. The fire must not be left unattended. Open the damper on the loft before using the fireplace. Check that there is no fire or embers in the fireplace when you close the damper.
Open fire is prohibited.
The sauna stove must not be covered.
The property has electric heating. The heating must not be adjusted or turned off. You can use the air source heat pump for heating or cooling.
The sleeping quarters are located in the loft. Please be careful on the stairs.
Smoking inside the resort is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Please leave the location in a neat condition and wash the dishes you use. If the location has to be cleaned outside of normal, the customer will be charged an additional fee of €250 and the incurred cleaning costs.

Why don't we share the exact location?

We want to provide our guests with a trouble-free, liberating, and private experience at our resort. The address and directions to the location will be provided upon booking. Please note that there is no public transportation near the location and you will need your own car or other transportation to access the location.

We also expect our guests not to share the specific address with others.

How clean is the resort?

Good hygiene is extremely important for us as we want to provide our guests with an upscale stay at our resort. Lust Inn’s spaces and all of the tools are cleaned and sanitized carefully after every guest. All of the surfaces at the location are also nano-coated, which keeps the bacteria away.

We have some cleaning supplies available for your own use at the location if necessary.

Is this even legal?

Yes! It is not illegal to offer sex-oriented accommodation for adults in Finland. You can trust Lust Inn to act responsibly and inform the local law enforcement of any criminal activity.

What can I do at Lust Inn?

While only your imagination is the limit at Lust Inn, we expect you to follow safety measures when staying with us. Sex requires consent and consent is the key at our resort. Please respect your and your partner’s boundaries. We do not accept anyone being forced into things they do not want to do.

At Lust Inn, you can practice sex even in the naughtiest ways possible, but destroying and purposely trashing any property of the resort is prohibited. If the location has to be cleaned outside of normal, the customer will be charged a fine (€250) + incurred cleaning costs.

How do we process personal infomation?

We cherish the anonymity of our guests and do not share their information with third parties. However, the regulation on accommodation establishments (727/1991) states that visitors must fill in and sign a passenger card. Lust Inn is for adults only and therefore you must inform the names of everyone staying at the resort for screening, if everyone is over the age of 18.
